ACI Learning is a leading provider of audit, cybersecurity and IT training solutions, empowering individuals and organizations worldwide to improve their technical capabilities and their cybersecurity with compelling and comprehensive training. Our leadership position extends even further to our new SaaS Learning Platform myACI that goes beyond audit, cyber and IT training to provide organizational and individual knowledge assessment, analytics and training delivery with integrated AI to understand capabilities and skill gaps for organizations.
As an Business Development Account Manager, you will manage a base of accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes using ACI Learning’s enterprise solutions. You will expand sales across your account base, leveraging ACI's products and services. As a motivated individual contributor, skilled at identifying strategic business drivers and articulating learning solutions, you will thrive in a team-based selling environment and advocate for lifelong learning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate a world class onboarding and implementation process for new customers.
• Drive adoption and regular usage throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Develop customer relationships that allow you to become a trusted advisor and sell our products and services throughout the organization
• Maintain high levels of satisfaction and value realization across your customer base, leading to high levels of customer retention.
• Be expert in and represent the full range of ACI Learning's Enterprise solutions.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure successful onboarding of new customers and develop growth sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to sales leadership.
• Be an ambassador for ACI Learning's culture and values.
• Seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Self-motivated with an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of customer orientated activity in the CRM.
• Some travel is required (to be determined based business and customer needs).
Must Haves:
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate relevant experience.
• 2+ years of B2B Account Management or Customer Success experience.
• Experience in delivering learning and and/or software solutions to mid-market clients.
• Experience selling into Enterprise Businesses
• Comfortable speaking to technology
Nice to Haves:
• A passion for and track record of continuous professional development.
• Experience managing customers and consistently meeting and exceeding retention, revenue and booking goals.
• Knowledge in the application of sales, account management and customer success methodologies, processes, and techniques.
• Good customer relationship management skills, a track record of developing and sustaining strong client relationships that generate win-win outcomes.
• Gifted communicator, spoken and written; presentation skills, negotiating skills, consensus builder.
• Knowledge of subscription/SaaS business models
