As the Campus Director, you are the onsite leader of the campus and local team. You manage the admissions team directly and collaborate with centralized leadership around Marketing, Support, Instruction, Curriculum, Compliance and other internal departments to effectively run the Campus in support of our adult learners. You are the face of the campus in regards to students and the community, leading the team's go to market strategy and managing relationships with external partners.
What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day campus operations, including Admissions, Marketing, classroom experience, and campus facilities.
Inspire, coach, and manage the local Admissions team to achieve enrollment and revenue goals.
Use data and insights to manage pipeline health, conversion rates, and team efficiency.
Partner with central teams across Marketing, Instruction, Curriculum, and Compliance to ensure a cohesive and high-impact campus experience.
Cultivate external partnerships and alumni relationships to extend the campus’s reach and reputation.
Communicate with the President and leadership to align campus performance with strategic goals.
What You'll Need (Requirements)
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of experience in admissions, sales, education, workforce development, or a related field.
2+ years of experience leading teams or managing operations in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
Strong operational know-how and fluency in managing performance metrics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for student success and the transformative power of education.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Docebo, or similar CRM and learning management systems.
