Our leadership position extends even further to our new SaaS Learning Platform myACI that goes beyond audit, cyber and IT training to provide organizational and individual knowledge assessment, analytics and training delivery with integrated AI to understand capabilities and skill gaps for organizations.
As Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing, sourcing and closing new sales opportunities from Enterprise level organizations, you will also work with existing Enterprise customers to develop and close new opportunities across the range of ACI Learning’s enterprise solutions.
As a highly motivated individual contributor who is highly skilled at identifying strategic business drivers within Enterprise organizations and articulating learning solutions to address, you will thrive in a team based selling environment and be an advocate for the value of lifelong learning.
This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can work from home or from an ACI office. Part of this role is client-facing with an expectation of spending a proportion of your time with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Find, develop and win new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Find, develop and win growth sales opportunities within existing Enterprise customers.
- Be expert in and represent the full range of ACI Learning's Enterprise solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Management to ensure successful onboarding of new customers, identify and win growth sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to sales leadership.
- Be an ambassador for ACI Learning's culture and values.
- Seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Self-motivated with an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer orientated activity in the CRM.
- Some travel is required (to be determined based business and customer needs).
Must Haves:
- 1-4 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in delivering learning and and/or software solutions to enterprise clients.
Nice To Haves:
- A passion for and track record of continuous professional development.
- Experience leading strategic enterprise sales and consistently meeting and exceeding revenue and booking goals.
- Knowledge and expertise in the application of sales methodologies, processes and techniques.
- Exemplary customer relationship management skills, a track record of developing and sustaining strong client relationships that generate win-win outcomes.
- Gifted communicator, spoken and written; presentation skills, negotiating skills, consensus builder.
- Knowledge of subscription/SaaS business models.
