What You'll Be Doing: The Instructor Program Manager is an organized leader who will be responsible for managing an Adjunct Career Service team, collection of data and reporting the daily outcomes of our remote and on-campus learning hub programs, and building, improving and maintaining curriculum and programs.
Heavy emphasis on collecting, tracking and analysis of IT Industry career data. Instructor Program Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting instructor retention, meeting programmatic instructor accreditation/compliance/career placement, data collection of Mentor outcomes, Teaching Assistant program maintenance and tracking, creating and distribution of instructor reporting, and creation and maintenance of Instructor onboarding, policies, and procedures.
The Instructor Program Manager will strategize and help build and document processes to enhance our programs, instructors and student experience. This role requires collaboration with the Instructor Management team, Learning Operations, Support teams, Learning Hub Associate Directors, Learning Design, and Client Support teams. This position lives our ACI Learning mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain IT Career Prep program for data integrity.
- Project manage the creation, documentation and implementation of new Instructor policies and procedures designed to support Instructors and ACI Learning outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure ACI Learning is delivering the best training experience to all students.
- Monitor and coordinates efforts for student success – Job readiness (priority), mid/end course assessments, certification attempt, pass rates, graduation, placement.
- Design effective curriculum, and outcomes for IT Career Prep Course.
- Train, support and develop an Adjunct Career Instructor team.
- Organize reports that create transparency into student outcomes.
- Identifying, create, carry out training needs/analyses.
- Support programmatic accreditation standards (ACE, ACCET, State, VA, etc) for all current and future programs.
- Assist in maintaining files for Instructor per compliance requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive, enriching, and innovative learning environment.
Must Have:
• BA in Instructional Design or related field
• MA or work experience equivalent
• Experience in instructional design and building technical courses/programs
• Program Management experience
• Project Management experience
• Prior teaching experience
• Relevant industry experience in recruiting and career services
Nice To Have:
• Experience in preparing students for employment in IT
• IT Program management experience
• Technical Project Management experience
• Prior teaching experience in recruiting, career preparation
